Acer updated its product in the gaming laptop line by introducing the latest generation of the Acer Nitro 5 series at CES 2022. Compared to last year, of course, Acer offers hardware upgrades to provide higher performance.

The performance sector also has an interesting set of options. The Nitro 5 2022 supports up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM (4800 MHz) using two SODIMM slots. There are also two M.2 SSD slots, and the Intel version specifically supports two PCIe 4.0 SSDs along with a SATA HDD. Meanwhile, the AMD model supports one PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD, one PCIe 3.0 M.2 SSD, and one SATA HDD.
