Behind the large body design the Predator Helios 500 comes with an 11th Generation Intel Core H series processor. Processor options are available up to the Intel Core i9-11980HK with support for overclocked features to boost its performance.
The processor is supported by up to 64GB of RAM and supports PCIe NVMe SSD storage space with a capacity of up to 2TB. Meanwhile, the graphics sector is entrusted with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card. With these specifications the Predator Helios 500 is able to provide gaming performance that is similar to a Desktop PC.

To present visuals that spoil the eye when playing games, the Predator Helios 500 brings a Mini LED display panel with 4K resolution. The 17.3-inch screen panel supports 120 Hz refresh rates and HDR with the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 standard. For gamers who need a higher refresh rate, an option is available with a panel refresh rate of 360 Hz but the screen resolution is only Full HD.
Its powerful performance is also supported by a more sophisticated cooling system. Like other recent Acer Predator releases, this laptop is still equipped with the fifth generation AeroBlade 3D cooling system. The difference is, the cooling system has the support of PowerGem technology which is useful for sucking heat from the CPU very quickly. In addition, there is also Vortex Flow optimization to optimize cooling and air circulation capabilities, while maintaining the temperature on the laptop surface.
