Acer through the Predator brand announced the presence of its newest gaming desktop named Acer Predator Orion X. This device offers a combination of super-fast hardware thanks to an Intel Core i9 processor and an RTX 40 series graphics card.

In a press release received by alomaki, Thursday (26/4), Acer explained that the Predator Orion X is armed with the 13th generation Intel Core i9-13900KS processor with 24-core, 32-thread and 150W TDP. While the graphics card is Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 24GB G6X. A combination that of course will crush all of today’s AAA games at the highest graphic settings.
In terms of storage, the Predator Orion X desktop comes with a RAM capacity of 32GB DDR5-5600, as well as 2x M.2 2400 SSDs of 1 TB each. There is also an additional slot if gamers want to install an extra NVMe M.2 SSD again. Gamers can access the PredatorSense 4.0 application to monitor the system for overclocking, RGB lighting customization,
and various other functions.

To ensure optimal performance, the Predator Orion X comes in a DIY design with a compact chassis and consists of 3 separate zones to place the CPU, GPU, air-boost and liquid cooling system.
Zone 1 is designed for easy access to the CPU, PSU, and SSD. Meanwhile, Zone 2 has access to the GPU and two 2.5 inch SATA HDD slots. Meanwhile Zone 3 is designed to allow airflow to the outside with a 240 mm CPU liquid cooling which is placed adjacent to Zone 1. Complementing this unique design, there is a metal panel that is easily removed for easy component upgrades.

This desktop supports Intel Killer E3100G network and Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX211, 2x USB3.2 Gen1 (one Type-C port and one Type-A port), mic and combo jack on the front, 1x USB 3.2 Gen2 port, 3x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A[1] ports, 2x USB 2.0 ports and an RJ45 port on the back.

There is no information yet on how much the Acer Predator Orion X will cost if it is released in Indonesia later. Leaks regarding the launch schedule are still questionable. Let’s wait for updates from Acer in the future!
