Acerpure announced the arrival of its newest air purifier, named Acerpure Pro Vero. Just like the other Vero lines from Acer , this device also puts forward an environmentally friendly concept with recycled PCR aliases.
Acerpure Pro Vero specifications
According to Acerpure, the Pro Vero air purifier uses 35 percent Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) material in its enclosure, reducing CO2 emissions by up to 20 percent (compared to new plastic) during the production stage. Other eco-friendly technologies include the use of water-based inks and recyclable packaging to minimize their carbon footprint.
“We are proud to offer products that not only keep the air clean but also reduce waste and environmental impact by using recyclable materials such as PCR plastics and energy efficient Green Mode features,” said Andrew Hou, Chairman of Acerpure Inc.
Further explained, Acerpure Pro Vero is also supported by the Green Mode feature which is energy efficient, and is claimed to be able to carry out high performance air cleaning but uses lower energy. The design itself is concise, with a matte white surface and an LED touch panel.
This air purifier is equipped with a PM2.5 air quality sensor to detect small particles. With these sensors, the device can switch to other operating modes in real-time and display different light indicators (green/yellow/red) according to the air quality in the room. There is also a Quiet Mode which can reduce noise and is ideal for use at night.
Acerpure incorporates a 3-in-1+ HEPA filter that promises to isolate bacteria and 99.9 percent of PM2.5 particles. The filter is able to filter out gases and allergens thanks to its 4 layers of protection. Meanwhile, filters with activated carbon cotton are reinforced with an anti-formaldehyde coating to remove 99 percent of formaldehyde and other harmful substances.
