Apple announced the presence of its newest feature specifically for the Apple Music streaming service . Called Apple Music Sing, this feature invites iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV 4K users to sing their favorite songs in karaoke.

Features of Apple Music Sing

Apple Music Sing is basically an expansion of the lyrics feature that was previously available. The difference is, through this new feature users can adjust the vocal volume of the song being played, so they can sing with the artist or become the main vocalist.

Like karaoke in general, the lyrics are also displayed in real time according to the song. What’s more interesting, Apple also provides a Duet feature so that users can invite friends or family to join and sing together.

“We’ve found that our users around the world love following their favorite songs, so we’ve developed this offering even further to enable more engagement through singing. It’s great fun, our customers are going to love it,” said Oliver Schusser, vice president of Apple Music and Beats at Apple.

Availability schedule

Apple Music Sing is scheduled to launch this December for all Apple Music subscribers worldwide. As mentioned above, this feature is compatible with all the latest iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV 4K models.
