The ASUS OLED display panel can’t only be found in the premium line of ASUS Zenbooks. This year, ASUS OLED panels are also adopted in all Vivobook 2022 lines consisting of the Vivobook Pro-series and Vivobook S-series. ASUS Vivobook Pro-Series 2022
In the Vivobook Pro-Series 2022 line, ASUS announced the Vivobook Pro 16X OLED (N7601/M7601), Vivobook Pro 15X OLED (K6501/M6501), Vivobook Pro 14X OLED (N7401), and Vivobook Pro 15 OLED (K6502/K6500/M6500) .
The most interesting of the ASUS Vivobook Pro-series 2022 line is the Vivobook Pro 16X OLED (N7601/M7601). This laptop will be the first in the world with a 16-inch 120 Hz OLED display panel with a resolution of 3.2K. The ASUS Vivobook Pro-Series will be available with processor options up to Intel Core i9-12900H or processor options up to AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX. The RAM it supports is up to 32GB. Meanwhile, in the graphics sector, ASUS provides graphics card options up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070Ti.
ASUS Vivobook S-Series 2022
For a more compact option, the 2022 Vivobook S-Series will come with a thinner and lighter body design. The thickness of the body is about 17.9mm with a weight of about 1.6 Kg.
The ASUS Vivobook S-Seriess 2022 line consists of the Vivobook S 14X OLED (S5402/M5402) , Vivobook S 16X OLED (S5602/M5602), Vivobook S 14 OLED (K3402/M3402) and Vivobook S 15 OLED (K3502/M3502).
ASUS Vivobook S14 and S15 come with metal material on the cover. Meanwhile, the more premium Vivobook S14X and 16X all have metal bodies.
For specifications, the ASUS Vivobook S-Seriess 2022 will be available with up to 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H or AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX processor options. Graphics card options come with Intel Iris Xe or AMD Radeon. For RAM, RAM support is available up to 16GB DDR4 RAM, and 1TB PCIe SSD storage space.
In the screen sector, the ASUS Vivobook S-Series 2022 will come with an OLED screen panel option up to 4K resolution. The Vivobook S line will also be the first in the world with a 14.5-inch and 15.6-inch 120 Hz OLED display panel with 2.8K resolution. Another update, the ASUS Vivobook S-Series also updated the ASUS ErgoSense touchpad with a larger size and claimed to be more responsive with the touch of a finger.
Price and availability
All ASUS Vivobook 2022 models are planned to be available starting in May 2022. However, there is no further information on what the selling price will be in the market.️
