ASUS announced the availability of ProArt Display, a line of professional monitors aimed at video and photo editing . It is noted that there are three types of new ASUS ProArt monitors that will appear in April, namely the ASUS PA329CRV, PA279CRV and PA248CRV.
All ProArt monitors coming out in 2023 are factory calibrated and Calman Verified to offer Delta E <2 color accuracy with coverage of up to 97% of the DCI-P3 color space. This monitor also has connectivity in the form of DisplayPort™ over USB – C ® with 96 watts of power delivery, standard DisplayPort, HDMI ®, and a USB hub.
More compact design

These three monitors come in different sizes, namely the ASUS PA329CRV with a 31.5-inch 4K UHD panel, the 27-inch PA249CRV with a 4K UHD panel (3840 x 2160), and the PA248CRV has a 24.1-inch WUXGA panel (1920 x 1200).
Compared to the previous ProArt screens of the same size, the ProArt Display PA329CRV, PA279CRV and PA248CRV carry a new design that has a 33% smaller base and a 30% slimmer profile with a size of only 8mm at its thinnest. Its ergonomic stand offers tilt, swivel, pivot and height adjustments for comfortable viewing.
The ability to rotate the screen clockwise or counterclockwise 90° for Portrait mode is especially useful when working with long documents, coding, or browsing the web. The quick-release feature makes it easy for users to detach the display from the stand and mount it to the wall via the integrated VESA without screws, so it can be done in seconds.
More environmentally friendly
ASUS ProArt Display PA329CRV, PA247CRV, and PA248CRV have been rigorously tested to meet the requirements of the world’s leading eco-certifications, such as EPEAT Gold, ENERGY Star ®, and TCO.
All of these monitors feature a power-saving Eco mode and reduce power consumption to zero watts when the power button is turned off. ASUS’ concern for the environment extends to the materials used. Each monitor is made from at least 85% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic and uses environmentally friendly components such as mercury-free panels.
Even the cardboard packaging also uses recycled paper which is made from at least 80% recycled cardboard. Packaging has been designed to minimize weight and volume, so that more units can be shipped in one shipping container.
