Features of ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 17
Overall, the ROG Strix SCAR 17 still inherits the design of the ROG Strix SCAR 17 SE , which was present in Indonesia last September 2022. This laptop carries a 17-inch 240 Hz IPS screen panel with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The screen panel supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, Nvidia G-Sync and Dolby Vision HDR.
The difference is in the specifications. If ROG Strix SCAR 17 SE uses an Intel processor, ROG Strix SCAR 17 2023 is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7000 series processor, namely Ryzen 9 7945HX. This high-end AMD processor is paired with Nvidia’s most powerful graphics card, namely the RTX 4090 16GB with a maximum TGP of 175W and the MUX Switch feature. Its performance is also supported by RAM up to 64GB and available SSD storage space with a capacity of up to 4TB.

As with other ASUS products announced at CES 2023, there is currently no information on when and the price for the ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 17 2023 will be on the market.
