Manufacturer Corsair is raising the bar for gaming monitors with curved panels. Its newest product, the Xeneon Flex 45WQHD240 , is the world’s first gaming monitor to use a flexible OLED display panel.
Features of Corsair Xeneon Flex 45WQHD240
Thanks to the OLED display panel the Xeneon Flex offers a 2-in-1 concept. This means that the screen panel can be used in flat mode like a standard gaming monitor. Or, bent to a maximum curvature of 800R into a curved screen. It is undeniable that the idea of this monitor is indeed very interesting. It could be a solution for gamers who are confused about choosing between a gaming monitor with a flat screen panel or using a curved panel.

The large screen size is also one of its advantages. The flexible OLED panel measures 45 inches with an aspect ratio of 21:9. The resolution is 4K 3440 x 1440 and supports screen brightness levels of up to 1000 nits. This flexible OLED panel from LG also supports a response time of 0.03 milliseconds and a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz. In addition, this monitor is also compatible with Nvidia G-Sync technology and AMD FreeSync Premium.
For connectivity, there are HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, USB-A ports and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Other additional features include an additional anti-reflective coating and a Low Blue Light feature to reduce the effects of eye fatigue.
