The Fossil Group launches the Griffed Gen 6 Diesel . This flagship class smart watch is the successor to the Diesel Axial which was launched in 2019.
Griffed Gen 6 Diesel Features
Comes with a large design with a body diameter of 45.4mm. Meanwhile, the thickness is around 13.6mm. Ideal for men. The design is also water resistant to the 3 ATM standard. In the screen sector, users can find an AMOLED touch screen panel with thick bezels. Meanwhile, on the right side of the body there is a crown and two physical buttons.
For specifications there is almost no update. The specifications are the same as Fossil Gen 6 , which was launched in 2021. Its performance relies on the Snapdragon Wear 4100+ chipset with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. However, the operating system is more up-to-date. Runs the same Wear OS 3 as Fossil Gen 6 Wellness Edition .
For other features, support for the fast refill feature is available. Charging from 0% to 80% is claimed to be only 30 minutes. Although the battery life is not mentioned, with the same specifications as Fossil Gen 6, the battery life can be similar, namely more than 24 hours.
Price and availability
The Fossil group will market this watch in December 2022. There are three style options with a nylon or chain strap that can be chosen according to the user’s taste. The price of the Griffed Gen 6 Diesel is US$350.
