Fujifilm announced the arrival of the mirrorless X-T5 . This camera is the first XT series variant that uses a 40.2 megapixel sensor and can record video up to 6K resolution.
Features of Fujifilm X-T5
The distinctive design of the Fujifilm XT series is still maintained. However, the dimensions are claimed to be more compact and lighter than the previous generation X-T4.
The X-T5 is the first XT series variant with a fifth-generation X-Trans CMOS HR sensor with a resolution of 40.2 megapixels and an X-Processor 5 processor. The image sensor and processor are the same as those used by the Fujifilm X-H2 .
With these specifications, the X-T5 can shoot continuously at 15 frames per second with a mechanical shutter and 20 frames per second using an electronic shutter. As an illustration, at a speed of 15 frames per second, the X-T5 can produce 119 photos in JPEG format, 39 photos in RAW format and 19 photos in RAW format without compression.
