Garmin has announced the arrival date of the Venu Sq 2 Series. Yes! The smartwatch that can be used as a daily device with support for health and fitness training features was launched in October 2002.

Venu Sq 2 Series will have two models, namely Venu Sq 2 and Venu Sq 2 Music Edition. Various color variants are offered, namely Shadow Gray/Slate, White/Cream Gold, Black/Slate, Ivory/Peach Gold and French Gray/Cream Gold, including new colors such as Cool Mint/Metallic Mint.

Intrigued by the various features embedded by Garmin in the Venu Sq 2 Series? Following are some of the advantages and features that make the Venu Sq 2 Series suitable for those of you who want to look fashionable and maintain a healthy body.

1.41” Always-On AMOLED Screen​

Venu Sq 2 Series has a sleek design that can be adjusted to the outfit you use for outdoor activities. Using a bright AMOLED screen that is always on and allows the user to see all the information clearly.

Tougher with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3

This watch is mixed in such a way by Garmin with a lightweight aluminum frame. Not only that, another attraction of the Venu Sq 2 Series is that it also has a silicone strap/strap that is comfortable to use and can be replaced, making Venu Sq 2 Series users look more stylish.

25+ Built-in Sports Apps

Garmin Venu Sq 2 already supports user training with 25+ built-in sports apps. All of that you can find on the wrist. Use preloaded activity profiles for different sports like walking, running, swimming Golf, tennis, HIIT and so on.

Fitness Age

This feature uses chronological age, weekly strenuous activity, resting heart rate and BMI or body fat percentage to estimate whether your body is younger or older than your age. Through this feature you can get tips for reducing fitness age.

Preloaded Workout

You don’t need to worry about the workout plans you’re going to do. Venu Sq 2 can do workout planning, such as preloaded cardio, strength, yoga, HIIT, and Pilates workouts. Yes! All you have to do is exercise.

Use the Garmin Connect app to download more workouts for free. There are over 1600 exercises available to create your own training menu in the Garmin Connect app. When finished, download the exercise menu that you created directly to Venu Sq 2 Series.

HIIT Workout

Use these activity profiles with different timers to track your HIIT workouts, including AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and custom. Set the number of laps, work/rest intervals and more via the supplied app.

Garmin Coach

Venu Sq 2 Series can also be a personal running trainer that can be used for free. Through the Garmin Coach feature, you can train to run 5K, 10K, to Hal Marathon. That way, your body will be better prepared if you take part in running competitions which are currently being held again.

Health Features

Fitness Tracker

The Venu Sq 2 Series can be used to track steps, intensity minutes, calories burned and more. Interestingly, you can even sync this data across multiple Garmin smartwatches using the Garmin Connect app.

Monitor Heart Rate Through the Wrist

This smartwatch can sample your heart rate several times per second and will alert you if it is too high or too low when you are resting. It also helps gauge how hard you are performing during activities.

Body Battery™ Energy Monitoring

You can also directly monitor your body’s energy level throughout the day. That way, you will be able to know better when your body’s energy is filled and ready to move. This feature can monitor when your energy is depleted and needs to be recharged with a good night’s sleep.

Sleep Monitoring dan Sleep Score

The Venu Sq 2 Series also includes a sleep monitoring feature that has been enhanced by garmin. When you wake up, you will receive a score as well as details on sleep stages, Pulse Ox2, breathing and information to improve sleep quality.

Health Snapshot

This feature can record a variety of statistics, including heart rate, heart rate variability, Pulse Ox, respiration and stress. Reports from Health Snapshot are summarized in statistical form and can be shared via the Garmin Connect application installed on the user’s smartphone.

Women’s Health Tracking

Use the Garmin Connect app to track your menstrual cycle or pregnancy. Log symptoms, get exercise recommendations, nutrition and more. Access details on your wrist with the Women’s Health Tracking app.

Pulse Ox Sensor

The Pulse Ox2 sensor can measure blood oxygen saturation during the day. While you sleep, this smartwatch can show how well your body is absorbing oxygen. Everything is recorded on the device on your wrist
