Trying to be different Huawei released the MateBook 14s laptop with colors that were not on the market. This laptop is coated in green “Spruce Green”. Admittedly, the new color has succeeded in boosting its appearance to look more elegant and premium.

Huawei MateBook 14S Specifications

Huawei MateBook 14S is a laptop that comes with a thin and light body design. The body material is aluminum. Its thickness is only about 16.7mm. It weighs about 1.43 Kg. It is ideal for users with high mobility.

The screen sector is the main attraction of this laptop. The MateBook 14S comes with a 14.2-inch 3:2 display panel. The screen frame is very thin. The ratio of the screen panel to the body reaches 90%.

The screen panel resolution is 2K 2520 x 1680 pixels. Besides being able to present sharp images, the display on the screen will also look smoother with support for a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. For color accuracy, it supports the 100% sRGB color gamut standard. The screen panel has also received TUV Rheinland certification which means it is very safe for the eyes.

Entering the kitchen, the specifications for the Huawei MateBook 14S are entrusted to the 11th generation Intel Core processor. This laptop is available with the option of an Intel Core i5-11300H or Intel Core i7-11370H processor and an Intel Iris Xe graphics chip. The RAM it supports is available with 8GB or 16GB options. Meanwhile, for storage space, use an NVMe PCIe SSD with a choice of 512GB or 1TB capacity.

The Huawei MateBook 14S has also brought a Thunderbolt 4 port, WiFi6 and a long battery life. The battery is supported by SuperCharge technology for fast recharge. According to Huawei, charging the battery for 15 minutes can get users up to about 3 hours of usage time.

Another Huawei MateBook 14S feature comes with support for four microphones with noise canceling features. This laptop is also the first MateBook variant to carry the Huawei Sound feature. Huawei Sound is a special audio algorithm with the ability to provide a surround audio experience that will not be found on any laptop. That way, users can get a more immersive audio experience just by relying on the four integrated speakers it carries.

Huawei MateBook 14S Price

The Huawei MateBook 14S will be available in the UK market with prices starting at US$1635. In addition to the green Spruce Green, other colors are also available, namely Space Gray and Mystic Silver.
