HyperX announced the presence of its newest hero, this time coming from the TWS category. The product, called HyperX Cloud Mix Buds, offers the convenience of connecting to multiple devices at once, as well as support for a 2.4GHz dongle.
Features of HyperX Cloud Mix Buds
For main connectivity matters, Cloud Mix Buds rely on Bluetooth 5.2 which has recently been commonly used by various other TWS. But what is quite unique, HyperX provides a 2.4GHz dongle that can be paired to the USB-C port on smartphones and other devices.
In theory, when connected directly to a 2.4GHz dongle the latency will be much lower than connecting to Bluetooth. This advantage will be liked by mobile gamers who like to play using a headset. In terms of signal, the 2.4GHz dongle can be more stable.
From the audio sector, HyperX Cloud Mix Buds are equipped with 12mm dynamic drivers and DTS Headphone:X technology for a more realistic audio experience. There is also a 7.1 Surround feature and HyperX NGENUITY software that makes it easy for users to access various settings.
In the sales package, users are also presented with three silicone ear tips of different sizes. The case itself has a special slot to store the 2.4GHz dongle when not in use. In terms of power, the HyperX Cloud Mix Buds are promised to be able to provide up to 33 hours of usage on a single charge (including the battery from the case).
