Following the success of the JMGO 01 Pro which was launched last year, the JMGO manufacturer has now released the JMGO U2. Both of these projectors fall into the category of short-range projectors with a range of premium features.
JMGO U2 Features
JMGO U2 comes with a modern minimalist design. So, it can be in harmony with any interior style in your home. In the lens section JMGO mounts a lens from the manufacturer Ricoh. Meanwhile, the lamp has a durability of up to about 50,000 hours.
As a short-range monitor, the JMGO U2 can produce images up to 100 inches in size from a distance of about 23 cm. This projector carries Tri Color laser technology. So, the brightness level is high and the resulting colors are also accurate.
JMGO U2 can produce images with a brightness level of 3600 ANSI Lumens. So, do not abstain in bright room lighting conditions. This brightness level can be achieved when using the ALR (Ambient Light Rejection) screen which is included in the sales package. If you don’t use an ALR screen or just a wall, the brightness level is only around 2400 ANSI Lumens.
For color accuracy, JMGO U2 can produce images with 114% BT.2020 color gamut coverage. This projector has also been equipped with a MEMC feature which is useful for reducing the blur effect.
The audio sector is also very interesting. JMGO is back with the Dynaudio manufacturer, just like the JMGO 01 Pro. The JMGO U2 carries two 15W full range speakers and two 10W tweeters. To boost the sound performance JMGO added support for Dolby Audio and DTS-HD.
Another JMGO U2 feature this projector runs the Luna OS operating system. This operating system supports a variety of content streaming services. In addition, users can also stream from mobile or tablet devices via AirPlay and Miracast support.
