Ahead of CES 2023 at the beginning of the year, LG introduced two of its newest soundbars, named LG SC9 and SE6. Both can be connected wirelessly with LG TVs, and are equipped with Dolby Atmos technology for a more cinematic sound.

Features of LG SC9 and SE6

Apart from supporting Dolby Atmos, both are also equipped with DTS: X technology. There are also Triple Sound Optimizer and Smart Up-mixer features that can process stereo audio into multi-channel surround. The LG SC9 and SE6 are also supported by AI Sound Pro which can analyze content such as movies, games, sports or music, then automatically selects the most appropriate settings.

Another interesting feature is Wow Orchestra, a tool that can create a wider soundstage by combining the sound between the soundbar and TV speakers. Meanwhile, WowCast allows these two soundbars to connect wirelessly with LG TVs (with the help of WiFi), so users don’t have to bother managing cables without sacrificing sound quality.

In terms of design, the LG SC9 looks premium and modern so that it is ideal for various interior styles at home. While the SE6 carries a more compact form factor for narrower spaces. Even though it is smaller, the SE6 is still equipped with 4 passive radiators for powerful bass.

Price and availability

Because it will only be exhibited at the CES 2023 event in Las Vegas later, for now there is no information regarding the price or availability schedule. We’ll wait!
