Through its press release, Tuesday (3/1), MSI explained that the Titan GT77 is equipped with the AmLED Mini LED technology produced by AUO which is claimed to have a super bright backlight, good HDR performance, and a wide color gamut. The brightness level can exceed 1000 nits, or 2.5 times brighter than an LCD screen.
What’s more interesting, the Titan GT77’s screen is supported by 1008 dimming zones, so the image quality is sharper and the halo effect can be minimized. There is also Adaptive Control Technology which is able to adjust images precisely and dynamically in real-time. as well as providing a capable HDR performance.
MSI Titan GT77 has received VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification as a guarantee of an optimal HDR experience in both gaming and streaming. The color gamut is also okay, 100 percent DCI-P3, perfect for gaming and entertainment. Meanwhile, True Color technology promises accurate color reproduction.
The Titan GT77 screen measures 17.3 inches 16:9 with a 4K resolution, aka 3840 x 2160. As mentioned above, this screen has a refresh rate of 144Hz. The response time is 3ms (Overdrive).
