Razer announced the presence of its newest gaming mouse, the DeathAdder V3 Pro. The new generation of the DeathAdder series which was first released in 2006 is again aimed at casual and professional gamers. What are the improvements compared to the previous version?

Fitur Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro

In a press release received by Alomaki, Razer explained that the DeathAdder V3 Pro has a smaller side so that it provides a better grip sensation. The ergonomic design has been improved to provide comfort and lighter operation.

Other updates are also seen in the scroll wheel, buttons, and wrist support. Razer claims, these improvements were made through suggestions from professional esports players. Its weight is also light, which is 63 grams for the black color variant and 64 grams for the white one.

“Since its release, Razer has worked with pro esports players from around the world to refine and hone the DeathAdder into a truly powerful competitive mouse,” said Flo Gutierrez, Director of Global Esports to Razer.

In terms of technology, this mouse adopts the Razer Focus Pro 30K optical sensor which is promised to have an accuracy of up to 99.8 percent. The sensor is also supported by AI functions such as Smart Tracking, Motion Sync, and Asymmetric cut-off. No less interesting, gamers will also be pampered with the Razer Gen-3 optical mouse switch which is claimed to have no double-click and no delay. This switch can last at least up to 90 million clicks.

For wireless connectivity, Razer relies on HyperSpeed Wireless technology which is said to be 25 percent faster than other wireless technologies. There’s also a polling rate of up to 1000Hz at 1ms polling intervals, with the addition of the Razer Wireless HyperPolling Dongle (upgraded to 4000Hz) capable of delivering a signal every 0.25ms wirelessly.

The battery on the DeathAdder V3 Pro allows up to 90 hours of life. It can be charged via the USB Type-C port and the included Razer Speedflex cable.

Price and availability

For those who are interested, the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro is sold at a price of USD $170. This gaming mouse is available in various online and offline channels, such as Razer.com , RazerStores, and the official Razer distributor. For your information, the HyperpPolling Wireless Dongle is sold separately.
