Razer today, Wednesday (19/4), announced the presence of its newest product aimed at live streamers, namely the Razer Stream Controller X. One of the superior features it offers is support for 15 buttons that can be reprogrammed.
Razer Stream Controller X Specifications
According to Razer, the 15 buttons can be set for various functions, such as turning on broadcast lights, triggering customized sound effects, and switching between applications by simply pressing one button.
The Razer Stream Controller X is powered by a software called Loupedeck. What’s interesting, this user interface is compatible with various platforms such as OBS Studio, Twitch, Streamlabs, Adobe Premier Pro, and many more.
With access to Loupedeck’s UI, broadcasters can easily install popular apps, plugins, and even emotes. Users can also drag and drop their applications through the Loupedeck marketplace. Popular plugins like Spotify, Philips Hue, Adobe Photoshop and even Voice Mod are also available.
Loupedeck also features access profiles, each set of which has interchangeable macro functions. Broadcasters can create matching themes or animated GIF icons with their favorite characters. It is designed for efficient multi-tasking, making it easy for broadcasters to switch between profiles.
