Razer announced the presence of its newest gaming mouse, the Razer Viper V2 Pro. Aimed at the competitive realm (esports), this wireless mouse weighs only 58 grams, aka 20 percent lighter than the Viper Ultimate. What are the superior features like?
Razer Viper V2 Pro Features
According to Razer, the Viper V2 Pro is supported by the latest Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor which is fast and claimed to have an accuracy rate of 99.8 percent. Gamers are also presented with 26 levels of height adjustment, which is much better than the previous version which only had 3 levels.
Not only that, the Razer Viper V2 Pro is equipped with third-generation optical mouse switches that can eliminate problems such as double-clicking, and have a life cycle of up to 90 million clicks. That means, the life of this switch is 25 percent longer than the previous generation.
Viper V2 Pro also offers a better battery and can be recharged via the USB-C port. At the bottom of the mouse there is a DPI control button for quick settings without having to go through software. In the sales package, gamers will find a Razer Speedflex cable and a 2.4GHz HyperSpeed USB dongle extender.
“We carefully weighed every gram of the Viper V2 Pro to ensure that it’s lighter in weight, but doesn’t sacrifice other features,” said Chris Mitchell, Head of Razer’s PC Gaming Division.
