Under the banner, Redmi, Xiaomi has again released a gaming monitor with a curved panel. Redmi’s first curved monitor is the 30-inch Redmi Curved Monitor.

Features of Redmi Curved Monitor 30 inches

The 30-inch Redmi Curved Monitor panel has a curvature rate of 1800R. The aspect ratio is 21:9 with a WFHD resolution of 2560 x 1080 pixels. Pretty standard and is the lowest resolution for an extra wide curved screen panel format.

Even so, as a gaming monitor, it has brought a series of contemporary features. Call it support for a 200 Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium, and a response time of 4 milliseconds. To avoid the effects of tired eyes, the 30-inch Redmi Curved Monitor has also won TUV and SGS Low Blue Light certifications.

The color accuracy of the 30-inch Redmi Curved Monitor is pretty decent. Claimed to support the 126% sRGB color coverage standard. Still reliable for gaming needs to content creation. One that is quite unfortunate this monitor does not support HDR. The maximum screen brightness level is only 300 nits.

One feature that is quite interesting is the support for HDMI 2.1 ports. So, not only for playing games on a PC, this monitor can be relied on for gaming on consoles such as the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X.
