Apart from announcing its latest series of monitors, at CES 2023 Samsung also released The Premiere 8K projector. This laser projector in the ultra-short throw category is the successor to The Premiere 4K which was released in 2020.
Features of Samsung The Premiere 8K
Not many specifications have been leaked. However, it seems that this projector will still carry a number of superior features that were in the previous generation. With 8K resolution, it means that users can now enjoy visuals that are two times sharper than The Premiere 4K.
As an ultra-short-throw projector, The Premiere 8K is able to present a more cinematic experience with very large visuals up to 150 inches in size from very close to the wall. Previously, The Premiere 4K was only available with 130-inch and 120-inch models.

You also don’t have to bother with the sound system. The reason is, this projector is immediately equipped with integrated speakers that are added to support the Dolby Atmos feature. The Premiere 8K also runs the same operating system as Samsung’s smart TV, namely Tizen OS. So, users can enjoy a variety of entertainment content from Netflix, Youtube, HBO Max, and various exclusive features for the Samsung ecosystem such as SmartThings, Health, Gaming Hub and many more.
Price and availability
Even though it has been announced, there is no detailed price information and when Samsung The Premiere 8K will be available on the market.
