Less than a year after the PlayStation 5 hit the market, the first third-party controller for this latest generation of consoles is finally here. Scuf Gaming introduces three products, namely Scuf Reflex, Reflex Pro, and Reflex FPS.
Scuf Reflex Features
The first controller, the Scuf Reflex, carries a design similar to the DualSense. Even so, there are several differentiating features that it offers, for example the addition of a removable back control paddle (4 buttons). Interestingly, the four buttons can be programmed or disabled as needed.
As for the Reflex Pro model, Scuf provides a special grip so gamers feel more comfortable when holding it. Both controllers are equipped with typical DualSense features such as haptic feedback and adaptive rear triggers.
Lastly is Reflex FPS. As the name implies, this controller is specially designed for gamers who like the First-Person Shooter genre. In the Reflex FPS series, adaptive triggers are replaced with instant triggers which are claimed to have a sensation similar to clicking a mouse button.

Reflex series is available in various color variants, including White, Gray, Black, Orange, Navy Blue, and Red. Unfortunately, at the beginning of its launch only the Black color was released, while other colors followed later.
Price Scuf Reflex
For those who are interested, the standard version of the Scuf Reflex is priced at US $ 199, while the Reflex Pro can be redeemed for US $ 229. Reflex FPS is the most expensive version at US$259.
