The ban on the use of Google Mobile Services on various Huawei devices has caused Huawei’s smartphone sales to decline sharply. But that doesn’t discourage Huawei. The Chinese technology company continues to adapt and innovate to remain one of the most important forces in the world.

And one of Huawei’s maneuvers to stay afloat and thrive can be found at the Huawei APAC Smart Office Launch 2022 event.

In this event, Huawei showcased various types of products that enter into one smart office ecosystem. Huawei is taking a different approach through the creation of the Seamless AI Life experience to realize a 1+8+N strategy that focuses on a wide variety of smart devices.

The Huawei MateBook line of laptops will not face the ranks of commercial class laptops from established computer manufacturers such as Lenovo with the Thinkpad series, HP with the Elitebook series, Asus with the ExpertBook series, Dell with the Latitude series, or Acer with the TravelMate series. Huawei is more targeting small-scale offices and self-employed workers who do not need enterprise -class IT solutions that usually involve IT departments. Synergy between different devices to support daily work activities that are not only centered on laptops is the mainstay.

The difference in this approach can be seen from the features provided by Huawei in its product line. One thing found in the latest Huawei laptops and tablets; display quality is one of the mainstay features. Not only does it carry a high resolution, the screen also has excellent and consistent color accuracy on each device.

Huawei Smart Office itself has a goal to improve productivity better, which is based on two things, namely collaboration between devices and ecosystem integration. In Huawei’s vision, all these different types of devices can interact with each other quickly and smoothly to support the activities of their users. All Huawei devices will be able to connect to each other through a series of applications so as to provide convenience and flexibility for users.

Within the Huawei Super Device ecosystem, users can move data easily between devices. For example, say you are sketching on a Huawei MatePad Pro tablet and want to include it as a presentation material made on a MateBook laptop. With Huawei Super Device, you can do this as easily as sliding the file to the side of the screen. You can even use your tablet as a second screen to make the work process more effective.

This Huawei Super Device approach is still rarely found in other brand computing devices, both commercial and consumer classes . One interesting thing, Huawei did not release a convertible 2-in-1 like other brands and more believed that a tablet with a separate keyboard would provide a better experience.
