Sony is expanding into the line of gaming monitors. There are two monitors announced namely Inzone M3 and Inzone M9. The presence of this monitor will complete the Sony Playstation 5 ecosystem. However, it can still be relied on to play games on a PC.
Features of Sony Inzone M3 and Inzone M9
The Sony Inzone M3 and Inzone M9 come with a 27-inch panel size. Both put forward a high refresh rate. The design is also very cool by adopting a Playstation 5-style design.
Sony Inzone M9 comes with an IPS panel whose resolution is 4K 3840 x 2160 pixels. The refresh rate it supports is up to 144 Hz and a response time of 1 millisecond. The Inzone M9 has also been certified VESA Display HDR600. For color accuracy, the Inzone M9 supports the DCI-P3 95% color coverage standard. In addition, Sony embed 2W stereo speakers.
Meanwhile, the cheaper Sony Inzone M3 has a panel resolution of only Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels. The color range supports 100% sRGB. However, the screen refresh rate is higher, which is up to 240 Hz with a response time of 1 millisecond. The Inzone M3 will also support Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Adaptive-Sync (VESA DP), and Nvidia G-Sync to minimize tearing. The Sony Inzone M3 also has support for 2W stereo speakers.

Another similarity between these two monitors is in connectivity. Both have been equipped with a 3.5mm audio port, DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.1 ports, three USB Type-A, one USB Type-C port and one USB Type-C port.

For availability, the Sony Inzone M9 can already be pre-ordered on the European market. The price of the Sony Inzone M9 is EUR €1099. For Sony Inzone M3 there are no further leaks when and the selling price will be on the market.
