Twitter launched a new feature for its users in Indonesia. After testing it out for the past few months, Twitter has finally allowed users to combine videos, photos, and GIFs into one tweet.
Twitter’s new features
In an upload on its official blog, Thursday (6/10), Twitter explained that through this update, users are expected to be able to share a wider visual context in expressing themselves more than 280 characters.
“We’re constantly looking for new and exciting ways to help creators share content and get more people seen on Twitter,” Twitter wrote.
According to Twitter , this update is the latest example of how they strive to be the easiest and most convenient place to share images, videos, and other creative content. The update also complements the launch of two video-related updates, namely full-screen video and a new video carousel on the Explore tab, which makes it easier for users to find and watch what’s happening on Twitter.

- This update is now available on iOS and Android, but Tweets with different media formats are also viewable over the web.
