The smart TV line from Xiaomi is getting more and more tempting. The latest product is the Xiaomi TV A2 which is available with four size options including 43 inches, 50 inches, 55 inches and 58 inches.
Features of Xiaomi TV A2
The four only differ in the size of the panels. The features it brings are the same. The Xiaomi TV A2 comes with a 4K 3840 x 2160 pixel panel with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The panel supports 10-bit color and DCI-P3 90% color gamut coverage.
This panel is also HDR10 certified, Dolby Vision and is equipped with a MEMC (Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation) chip for display output with smoother movement. In the audio sector, Xiaomi TV A2 has brought a pair of 2 W speakers. This audio sector supports Dolby Audio and DTS-HD features.
Behind the panel, Xiaomi has embedded a quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 chipset, an ARM Mali G52 MP2 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. With these specifications, the Xiaomi TV A2 directly runs the Android TV operating system. So, users can take advantage of various superior features of Android TV such as Google Assistant, Play Store, and Chromecast functions.
Meanwhile, for connectivity on this TV, Bluetooth 5.0 is available, WiFi ac, three HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB Type-A ports, one RJ-45 port, 3.5mm audio jack and a composite port.
Xiaomi TV A2 price
The Xiaomi TV A2 will be available on the European market starting at the end of June 2022. For now, Xiaomi has only revealed the price of the 55-inch Xiaomi TV A2, which is sold for EUR €529.
