Zhiyun officially announced the arrival of Weebill 3 . This latest camera gimbal comes with a more ergonomic design update, a longer battery life and is equipped with a microphone system and LED light.

According to Zhiyun, the Weebill 3 now adopts the Sling 2.0 design. There are three major updates to this design. First, the L-shaped handle it carries is redesigned to make it more stable. Second, the design of the L handle can be extended. Lastly, the Weebill 3 is now equipped with an armrest. This armrest is claimed to be effective in reducing the burden on the wrist. So, it will be more comfortable when used for a long time.
Zhiyun also added a small screen, control stick for navigation and buttons for adjusting the gimbal. To mount the Zhiyun Weebil 3 camera using a magnetic quick release system complete with dual mounting plates. So, the camera that is installed only needs to be adjusted once. Subsequent use no longer need to re-balance.
The update then propagates to the battery sector. The Zhiyun Weebill 3 now carries a 7800 mAh battery. The battery can be used up to about 21 hours. Significantly increased compared to Weebill 2 which only lasted 9 hours.
One feature that is absent from the Weebill 3 is the folding touchscreen like in the Weebill 2. Instead, Zhiyun now equips the Weebill 3 with an integrated microphone system and LED light with a brightness level of up to 1000 lumens. So, you no longer have to bother with carrying and attaching a microphone or additional light to the camera when taking pictures.
